Window Cleaning Questions
Question: My biggest concern with this business is how I would get commercial and residential clients from storefronts and homes that already employ a window cleaning company. I could see it if I had some sort of track record, but I’ll have nothing in terms of references when starting out.

Answer: This is called marketing. Gathering new residentail customers will be easy as pie using the techniques I give you in Streak Free Profits. Commercial customers require a slightly different tactic, but can still be aquired relativly easy as long as your not afraid of putting in some effort. I provide you with a commercial marketing packet that you can modify and send out/give to prosepective commercial clients. This packet has a very high conversion value.

Question: As for stealing clients from existing window cleaners, this is not something to worry about as it happens naturally in the course of business. All you have to worry about is making sure your company makes itself stand out from the competition and customers will flock to you.

Also, Do clients even want there windows cleaned in the winter? I live in Virginia and am not sure if exterior windows can even be cleaned when temperatures go below freezing. I think most customers would think of window cleaning as a springtime chore.

Answer: Commercial Businesses need their windows cleaned year round, typically monthly if not twice a month or weekly. So even in the winter you will have commercial work. Residential window cleaning will definately slow down in the winter as you are right, many homeowners do not have their windows cleaned in the winter months, but then you might be suprised at how many still do.

And yes, you can still clean windows when it is below freezing out, you just start with hot water and you some special chemicals to the window cleaning solution that will prevent it from freezing while not affecting its ability to clean a window.
