Grow Your Window Cleaning Business With Referrals

One of the easiest and most effective ways for you to grow your window cleaning customer base is through referrals. However you would be suprised at how many window cleaners do not take advantage of this method.

Do not hesitate to ask your customers to spread your name around to neighbors, friends and family. In fact, I often go to the point of asking for names and numbers of people that may be interested. Just by asking a simple question often times a customer will go out of their way to find you another customer.

Explain to every customer that you would really appreciate his or her help. Tell them that your business is almost entirely based on word of mouth and you would really appreciate it if they could o you a favor and see if anyone they know needs their windows done.

Every little bit helps and referrals in this business go a long way. If you are doing a good job on your customers windows for a fair price, 9 times out of 10 they will have no problem spreading your card around. Just make sure to leave a few extra business cards for them to hand out.
